The invention discloses a thermal insulation wall body of an environment-friendly building and a manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the field of building, the thermal insulation wall body comprises an inner wall, a thermal insulation core plate and an outer wall, a plurality of horizontal ribs are arranged on the thermal insulation core plate in a penetrating manner, the horizontal ribs are sequentially arranged on the thermal insulation core plate at intervals from top to bottom, and each horizontal rib is composed of a U-shaped front part and a U-shaped rear part which are integrally connected in sequence; two rows of vertical ribs are arranged in the inner leaf wall and the outer leaf wall respectively, each vertical rib is composed of two straight rod sections and a bent end, and the two straight rod sections of each vertical rib penetrate into the two adjacent U-shaped front portions or the two adjacent U-shaped rear portions respectively. According to the manufacturing process, the manufacturing mode that the horizontal ribs are firstly placed into the forming die, the heat preservation core plate is poured, and the inner wall and the outer wall are poured on the two sides of the subsequent heat preservation core plate is adopted, so that no gap exists between the heat preservation core plate and the horizontal ribs, and the compactness of the front portion and the rear portion of the heat preservation core plate is guaranteed; water is not prone to entering the inner cavity from gaps of the heat preservation core plate, and the heat preservation performance is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种环保建筑的保温墙体及其制造工艺,涉及建筑领域,包括内叶墙、保温芯板和外叶墙,保温芯板上贯穿设置若干水平筋,水平筋从上至下依次间隔排布在保温芯板上,水平筋由依次一体式连接的U形前部和U形后部构成,内叶墙和外叶墙内分别设有两排竖直筋,竖直筋由两个直杆段和弯折端组成,竖直筋的两个直杆段分别穿入两个相邻的U形前部或U形后部。本发明制造工艺采用先将水平筋放入成型模并浇注保温芯板,并在后续保温芯板的两侧浇注内页墙以及外叶墙的制造方式,使得保温芯板和水平筋之间无缝隙,保证了保温芯板前后的密实性,因此,在遇到外墙渗水情况时,水不容易从保温芯板的缝隙进入内腔,保证了保温性能。
