The invention relates to a fabricated steel-concrete composite beam structure connected by scissor-shaped steel plates and high-strength bolts, which comprises a steel beam, a precast concrete plate and the scissor-shaped steel plates, the steel beam, the precast concrete plate and the scissor-shaped steel plates are fixedly connected through high-strength bolt connecting pieces, a first positioning hole is formed in the precast concrete plate, and a second positioning hole is formed in the shear-shaped steel plates. Second positioning holes are formed in the steel beam, the scissor-shaped steel plate comprises a first steel plate and a second steel plate which are hinged to each other, third positioning holes are formed in the tail portions of the two ends of the first steel plate and the tail portions of the two ends of the second steel plate, and the steel beam, the prefabricated concrete plate and the scissor-shaped steel plate are connected and fixed through high-strength bolts. The contact area of the high-strength bolts and the upper portion of the concrete slab is increased, and the risk that the upper portion of the concrete slab is crushed is reduced; the application range of the assembly is expanded; recycling and reutilization of structural members are increased, resources are greatly saved, and the structure has a positive effect on prolonging the service life of the structure.
