The invention discloses a steel shell concrete positioning pouring device which comprises a longitudinal moving framework, a trolley cross beam, a concrete pouring moving trolley and a control end, the longitudinal moving framework comprises a supporting connecting piece, a connecting frame and a longitudinal moving mechanism, and the longitudinal moving mechanism is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the connecting frame; the concrete pouring moving trolley comprises a funnel assembly, a pouring pipe, a trolley mounting frame and a transverse moving mechanism, and a positioning photographing assembly is arranged on the pouring pipe; the transverse moving mechanism moves along the trolley cross beam, the positioning photographing assembly obtains deviation information of the pouring pipe and the to-be-poured position, and the control end controls the pouring pipe to move to the preset position according to the deviation information. The positioning photographing assembly, the concrete pouring moving trolley and the control end are matched for fine adjustment of the position of the pouring pipe, program operation is easy and convenient, reliability is high, one-man operation can be achieved, and the problem that the pouring position error accuracy is low is solved.
