The safety belt tying and hanging device comprises a connecting rod, a claw hook mechanism, a clamping piece mechanism and a hanging ring mechanism. The connecting rod comprises a horizontal rod body and a limiting blocking piece fixed to the front end of the rod body. The middle rear part of the rod body is a threaded end provided with an external thread; the claw hook mechanism comprises a base movably arranged on the rod body in a sleeving mode and a plurality of claw blades evenly arranged on the periphery of the base at intervals. The base is tightly attached to the rear end of the limiting blocking piece. The clamping mechanism is movably arranged on the threaded end in a sleeving manner; the claw blade and the clamping mechanism are tightly attached to the front end face and the rear end face of a wall respectively; the hanging ring mechanism is fixed to the threaded end in a threaded mode, and the hanging ring mechanism is attached to the rear end of the piece clamping mechanism.
