The invention discloses a full-automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine lifting door device which comprises a cleaning and disinfecting tank support connected with a cleaning and disinfecting tank in a sealed mode, an opening for keeping the cleaning and disinfecting tank communicated with the outside is formed in the cleaning and disinfecting tank support, and two parallel guide rails are arranged on the two sides of the opening; the electric door cover is simultaneously connected with the two guide rails in a sliding manner and blocks the opening; the driving mechanism is fixed on the cleaning and disinfecting tank support, drives the electric door cover to move and comprises a motor and a synchronous belt driven by the motor, and the synchronous belt is fixedly connected with the electric door cover through a lifting module. The motor drives the driving wheel to rotate so as to drive the synchronous belt to rotate, the electric door cover is driven to ascend and descend along with rotation of the synchronous belt, the size of the power device is reduced through arrangement of the synchronous belt, and the effect of compact structure is achieved. And under the condition that the equipment is powered off, the electric door cover can be opened or closed without disassembling and assembling the motor, so that the use is convenient.
