According to the device, a horizontal rod is located in a second cavity, at the moment, when control over a vertical rod is relieved, a third spring resets, a top disc moves upwards, then the vertical rod moves upwards till a clamping block is located in a clamping groove, and at the moment, an aluminum-plastic profile and a composite plastic body can be fixed; therefore, the contact area between the composite plastic body and the aluminum plastic profile is increased, the space of the cavity of the composite plastic body is fully utilized, and the energy-saving performance of the profile is improved.
