Method for reinforcing shield launching and receiving soil mass
The invention relates to a shield launching and receiving soil body reinforcing method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, punching and sampling; step 2, soil body improvement pretreatment and reinforcement; step 3, freezing wall reinforcement; and 4, monitoring tunneling. According to the shield launching and receiving soil body reinforcing method, the soil body is subjected to adaptive improvement after drilling through the ultrahigh-pressure cutting and jet grouting cement slurry construction method, and then guniting pile forming is conducted to complete reinforcing. A freezing hole is drilled in the center of an equilateral triangle limiting structure formed by cement piles, and a pulling-free refrigeration pipeline is arranged to form a freezing wall of a stable soil body structure. The process of temporary unfreezing and temperature returning before shield launching and receiving can be omitted through the freezing wall formed through pipe-drawing-free freezing reinforcement. And the risks of pipe breakage, sand gushing and water gushing caused by embrittlement of conventional carbon steel under the low-temperature condition during pulling-out operation are avoided. And the safety of the shield tunneling machine going out of the tunnel is improved.
本发明涉及一种盾构始发、接收土体加固的方法,其步骤为:步骤一、打孔采样;步骤二、土体改良预处理和加固;步骤三、冷冻壁加固;步骤四、监测掘进。本发明的盾构始发、接收土体加固的方法,通过超高压切削旋喷水泥浆液工法在钻孔后先对土体进行适应性改良,再进行喷浆成桩完成加固。以水泥桩构成的等边三角形限位结构中心处钻取冻结孔,设置免拔制冷管道形成稳定土体结构的冻结壁。通过免拔管冻结加固形成的冻结壁可免去盾构始发、接收前临时解冻回温的过程。避免常规碳素钢在低温条件下脆化导致在拔除作业时出现断管、涌砂冒水风险。提高盾构机出洞的安全性。
