The invention discloses a method for carrying out direct ceramization treatment on high-level waste by utilizing discharge plasma. The method comprises the following steps: 1) grinding and drying the high-level waste to obtain dry powder; and 2) putting the obtained dry powder into a graphite mold, pressurizing, directly sintering in SPS equipment at the sintering temperature of 1500-2000 DEG C, preserving heat for 3-15 minutes at the sintering temperature, and cooling to obtain the high-level waste ceramic body. Compared with a traditional sintering method, the sintering time can be greatly shortened, meanwhile, physical pressing can be conducted on the sample in the sintering process, the method has the advantages of being rapid, efficient and the like, and a high-performance ceramic body can be obtained.
