The invention provides a reinforced modifier for a concrete admixture and a preparation method of the reinforced modifier, and the preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: carrying out emulsion polymerization on four functional monomers including acrylamide, allyl alcohol, acrylic acid and allyl (diisopropylamino) dihydrosilane in a redox initiation system under ultrasonic emulsification to form a copolymer solution; and then adding two auxiliary agents, namely sodium metasilicate and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, into the copolymer solution, stirring and dissolving to obtain the reinforced modifier for the concrete admixture. According to the present invention, the hydration limit of the admixture can be improved, the hydration speed can be increased, the cementation ability of the non-active admixture by the cement can be enhanced, and the cement hydration products such as C-S-H gel can be promoted to completely cover the surface and the internal pores of the admixture.
本发明提供了一种混凝土掺合料用强化改性剂及其制备方法,所述制备方法主要是以丙烯酰胺、丙烯醇、丙烯酸、烯丙基(二异丙基氨基)二氢硅烷,四种功能性单体在氧化还原引发体系下,经超声乳化下的乳液聚合过程形成共聚物溶液,然后在该共聚物溶液中加入偏硅酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠两种辅助剂,搅拌、溶解后,即得所述混凝土掺合料用强化改性剂。本发明能够提升掺合料的水化极限,提升水化速度,同时对非活性掺合料能加强其被水泥胶结的能力,促进水泥水化产物,如C‑S‑H凝胶充分覆盖掺合料表面、内部孔隙。
