The anchor rod is embedded into the fixed steel pipe, and the anchor rod can move in at least one direction in the fixed steel pipe; the adjusting rod is arranged in the axial direction of the anchor rod; the ejector rod is arranged in the radial direction of the anchor rod, and the two ends of the ejector rod are attached to the inner wall of the fixed steel pipe; the transmission mechanism is connected between the adjusting rod and the ejector rod, and when the adjusting rod rotates, the ejector rod and the anchor rod are driven to move relatively through the transmission mechanism; in conclusion, the anchor rod and the fixing steel pipe which are sequentially matched from inside to outside are arranged, the fixing steel pipe is a positioning basic part, the movable ejector rod is arranged between the anchor rod and the fixing steel pipe, specifically, the relative position of the anchor rod and the fixing steel pipe can be changed based on movement of the ejector rod, and then the positioning position of the anchor rod is rapidly corrected; the structure is simple and correction is convenient.
