Device and method for collecting rainwater and flushing water on wharf surface
The invention discloses a wharf surface rainwater and flushing water collecting device and method in the field of wharf surface rainwater and flushing water treatment.The collecting device comprises a drainage hole formed in a wharf surface, a water tank installed on the side face of a stand column below the wharf surface and a drainage groove installed below the wharf surface; the drainage groove can guide water flowing out of the drainage hole into the water tank. The low-lying position is selected as the hole opening position according to the water accumulation condition of the wharf face, water flow enters the drainage groove below the drainage hole through the drainage hole under the action of gravity by means of the drainage hole formed in the wharf face and then enters the water tank through flow guiding of the drainage groove, and finally water in the water tank is conveyed to the rear portion of the wharf through the submersible lift pump to be treated in a centralized mode. By means of the method, rainwater and flushing water can be efficiently collected, and the method is particularly suitable for wharf faces with guide rails and uneven wharf faces caused by perennial solidification of cement materials.
本发明公开了码头面雨水及冲洗水处理领域的一种码头面雨水及冲洗水的收集装置和收集方法,收集装置包括设置在码头面上的排水孔、安装于码头面下方的立柱侧面的水箱和安装于码头面下方的排水槽,排水槽能够将排水孔流出的水导入水箱内;根据码头面的积水情况选择低洼处作为开孔位置,并且利用码头面上已有的排水孔,水流在重力作用下会经过排水孔进入排水孔下方的排水槽内,再通过排水槽导流进入水箱,最后通过潜水提升泵将水箱内的水输送至码头后方集中处理,使用这种方法可以高效收集雨水及冲洗水,尤其适用于有导轨的码头面和常年水泥物料固化导致的凹凸不平的码头面。
