According to the temporary supporting system for installing the reinforced concrete beam, two long holes formed in the vertical direction are symmetrically formed in an outer pipe, the top of an inner pipe is supported on side wings of the reinforced concrete beam, a plurality of limiting holes are formed in the inner pipe in the vertical direction at intervals, and limiting devices are matched with the limiting holes and are in sliding fit with the long holes; the adjusting device is used for pushing the limiting device to slide in the long hole; the adjusting device comprises a sleeve arranged on the periphery of the outer pipe in a sleeving mode, external threads are arranged on the periphery of the outer pipe, internal threads matched with the external threads are arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve, and the limiting device is supported on the top of the sleeve. The limiting device comprises a limiting rod penetrating through the limiting hole, the two ends of the limiting rod extend out of the limiting hole, and the extending ends of the limiting rod are in sliding fit with the long holes. According to the invention, the defect of insufficient supporting strength during hoisting of the single reinforced concrete beam is overcome, the safety risk of lateral deviation during hoisting of the single reinforced concrete beam can be avoided, and the safety quality of hoisting of the single reinforced concrete beam is improved.
