When the second-layer bearing unit needs to be put down, the second-layer bearing unit is dissociated from the connecting beams on the two sides of the second layer, and meanwhile the second sliding rail mechanisms on the two sides are unlocked; when the second-layer bearing unit needs to be lifted, the second driving mechanism downwards pulls the second-layer bearing unit, meanwhile, the first driving mechanism drives the first-layer supporting rod and the first sliding rail mechanism to do circular motion to fall on the ground, and when the second-layer bearing unit needs to be lifted, the second driving mechanism moves upwards in place and then is locked with a second-layer connecting beam of the frame; and meanwhile, the first sliding rail mechanism is locked to support the second-layer bearing unit. According to the modularized double-layer non-motor vehicle parking device, the non-motor vehicle parking condition is improved.
