The protective barrier comprises first connecting rods, the upper portions of the two sides of the surfaces of the two first fixing rods are fixedly connected with the other first fixing rods through second connecting rods correspondingly, and second telescopic rods are installed in the middles of the two first fixing rods; one end of the inner side of each first fixing rod is fixedly connected with a protruding clamping tooth, extending assemblies are installed at the two ends of each first fixing rod, third fixing rods are fixedly connected to the two ends of each first fixing rod, and a fixing assembly is installed on each third fixing rod. A first bevel gear and a second bevel gear are connected to the upper portions and the lower portions of the two sides of the protruding clamping teeth in a meshed mode through clamping teeth, the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are rotationally installed on a first shell through a first rotating rod, and therefore the first rotating rod can move in a limited mode on extension of a first fixing rod; and telescoping of the first fixed rod is synchronously carried out along with rotation of the first rotating rod.
