The invention relates to an undecorated cover handle for attachment to a door and window profile wall; wherein the handle comprises a base member (9) provided with a base (14), an insert (15), a slider (16) and a spring (4); wherein a base part (9) having an insert (15) is attachable to the bottom of the handle; and wherein a base part (9) having a base (14) can be attached to the profile wall via a specific fastener (13). The invention also relates to a method for mounting a specific fastener (13) in a profile wall, for forming a base part (9), for mounting a base part (9) to a profile wall (4, 5), for mounting a handle (1) by means of a base part (9), and for a spring-loaded operation of a handle (1).
