The invention discloses reinforcement cage main reinforcement machining and measuring equipment which comprises a reinforcement cage, a rotary transmission mechanism, a size planning mechanism and an annular spot welding mechanism, the reinforcement cage rotates and transversely moves in a circumferential shape, and the rotary transmission mechanism comprises a shaft rod independent of the rotation of the reinforcement cage; and the size planning mechanism comprises a guide outer pad capable of limiting and constraining the reinforcement cage. Guiding outer pads which can be annularly distributed on the inner sides of a plurality of sets of cross beam steel bars which are fixed in a cylindrical shape are additionally arranged on an existing reinforcement cage surrounding machine, and telescopic pieces and auxiliary pieces which are evenly distributed are installed on the inner sides of the guiding outer pads which are annularly distributed. The bearing inner ring is used for supporting the multiple sets of auxiliary parts, the telescopic parts and the guiding outer pad which are annularly distributed, the size planning mechanism is used for overall distinguishing and limiting control over the multiple sets of transversely-arranged steel bars which are cylindrically distributed, the guiding outer pad is used for limiting the transversely-arranged steel bars, and the two ends of the outer portion of the guiding outer pad are used for controlling the distance between the spiral steel bars.
