The invention discloses a tungsten tailing cement admixture preparation method, which comprises: adding a certain amount of an exciting agent according to the mass of tungsten tailings, uniformly stirring to completely mix and react, and completing the reaction for spare; calcining the reacted tungsten tailings in a high-temperature furnace, and cooling to normal temperature for later use after calcining; and the calcined and cooled tungsten tailings are placed in a mill to be ground for a certain time, and a mixed finished product is obtained. By means of the method, the activity of the tungsten tailings can be improved, the adding amount of the tungsten tailings is greatly increased and can reach 70% to the maximum, the mixing amount range and strength change of the activated tungsten tailings with different granularities as the mixed materials are determined, large-scale utilization of the tungsten tailings in actual production is achieved, and good economic effects and social effects are generated.
