According to the invention, the concrete recycled fine aggregate and the recycled micro powder are adopted, so that the construction waste can be reasonably recycled, the method is green and energy-saving, and compared with the common recycled fine aggregate, the concrete recycled fine aggregate has higher crushing value and lower stone powder content, so that the influence on the mortar performance is small when the masonry mortar is prepared; a proper amount of water reducing agent is added, so that the water demand of the mortar can be reduced, and the compressive strength of the masonry mortar is further improved.
