The invention discloses a tuned mass damper vibration reduction control device suitable for a vibration reduction track, which comprises a vibration reduction track clamping groove (3), a steel plate (4), a damping unit and four springs (13), and is characterized in that the vibration reduction track clamping groove (3) comprises a fixing screw rod (31) used for fixing the vibration reduction track clamping groove (3) on a vibration reduction track cross beam (2); the damping unit comprises an upper damping cylinder (16), a lower damping cylinder (15) and a liquid damper (18) stored in the lower damping cylinder, and the upper end of the upper damping cylinder is fixed to the lower surface of the vibration reduction rail clamping groove. The lower part of the upper damping cylinder is inserted into the lower damping cylinder; the lower damping cylinder comprises a lower end plate (151); the upper ends of four springs (13) are respectively fixed on the lower surface of the damping track clamping groove so as to surround the periphery of the upper end of the upper damping cylinder; the lower ends of the four springs are respectively fixed on the corresponding upper surfaces of the end plates; and the steel plate is fixed on the lower surface of the lower end plate, so that a mass-spring-damping vibration attenuation system is formed.
