The river channel water gate device comprises a water gate body arranged between an upstream section and a downstream section and further comprises a sewage lifting device, and the sewage lifting device comprises a vertical plate type conveying line and a horizontal moving assembly used for driving the vertical plate type conveying line to intermittently move in the horizontal direction; the two sides, in the water flow direction, of the lifting filter box are communicated, the lifting filter box is slidably connected with the side wall of the upstream section in the vertical direction, and a sludge recycling chamber, a filler chamber and a membrane chamber which are sequentially communicated are arranged in the lifting filter box in the water flow direction; the linkage assembly is used for controlling the relative positions of the lifting filter box and the water gate body in a linkage mode. According to the water gate, dirt gathered in front of the water gate can be filtered before flood discharge of the water gate, the bad influence of water discharged into the downstream section on the downstream can be reduced, and the effect of improving the downstream environment of the water gate is achieved.
