The invention provides a pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place formwork. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place formwork comprises a formwork body and a reinforcement cage. The template comprises two template support frames which are relatively fixed; a transverse supporting sheet in the template supporting frame is perpendicular to a longitudinal supporting sheet; a first fixing sheet extends from one end, deviating from the longitudinal supporting sheet, of the transverse supporting sheet; a second fixing piece is fixedly connected to the end, away from the transverse supporting piece, of the longitudinal supporting piece. The template is formed by oppositely fixing two template support frames; in addition, the first fixing hole of one formwork supporting frame is attached to the second fixing hole of the other formwork supporting frame; the second fixing hole of one formwork supporting frame is attached to the first fixing hole of the other formwork supporting frame. According to the formwork supporting frame, the first fixing holes and the second fixing holes which are attached to each other are internally provided with fixing sticks in a penetrating mode, the formwork supporting frame can be repeatedly used, the formwork frame body erecting process becomes simple to a certain degree, meanwhile, the construction cost is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction quality is effectively improved.
