Improvement method for waterproof construction of flashing cornice part
An improved method for waterproof construction of a flashing cornice part comprises the following steps that (1) a wall body on the lower portion of the flashing cornice is subjected to masonry or concrete wall body formwork erecting construction, and the elevation is controlled at the lower portion of the flashing cornice; (2) pre-burying the pre-assembled waterproof coiled material into cornice concrete at the lower part of the flashing cornice, forming reliable bonding between one side of the pre-assembled waterproof coiled material and the cornice concrete, and extending the other side of the pre-assembled waterproof coiled material out of the cornice concrete; (3) a flashing overhanging eave formwork is installed; (4) cornice reinforced concrete construction and form removal are carried out; and (5) waterproof coiled material construction, wherein after waterproof coiled material construction is completed, reliable bonding is formed between the waterproof coiled material and the side, extending out of the cornice concrete, of the preassembled waterproof coiled material. Construction is simplified, wall reserved grooves are reduced, waterproof edges in the grooves are treated by filling paste in the later period, and the construction cost is saved; and the preassembled waterproof coiled material is directly pre-embedded into the concrete at the lower part of the flashing cornice to form reliable bonding with the cornice concrete, so that a better anti-seepage effect can be achieved.
一种泛水挑檐部位防水施工的改进方法,包括如下步骤:1)对泛水挑檐下部的墙体进行砌筑或混凝土墙体支模施工,标高控制在泛水挑檐下部;2)将预装防水卷材预埋至泛水挑檐下部的挑檐混凝土内,预装防水卷材的一侧与挑檐混凝土形成可靠粘结、另一侧伸出挑檐混凝土;3)安装泛水挑檐模板;4)挑檐钢筋混凝土施工、拆模;5)防水卷材施工,防水卷材施工完成后防水卷材与预装防水卷材伸出挑檐混凝土的一侧形成可靠粘结。本发明简化施工,减少墙体留槽及后期填充膏状物处理槽内防水边沿,节约施工成本;直接预埋预装防水卷材至泛水挑檐下部混凝土内,与挑檐混凝土形成可靠粘结,可以起到更好的防渗效果。
