A charging small door assembly with a manual emergency function comprises a charging port seat, a charging door body, a door body, a door body and a door body, the charging port seat is provided with an inner cavity, an external opening communicated with the inner cavity and a charging interface communicated with the inner cavity and an in-vehicle battery assembly, and the charging port seat is further provided with a guide track structure; the charging port cover is installed in the charging port seat in an opening and closing mode and at least has a covering state and an opening and hiding state; the clutch type driving assembly and the transmission assembly jointly act on the charging port cover, so that state switching of the charging port cover relative to the charging port base is achieved; the clutch type driving assembly is provided with an automatic operation station and a manual emergency station, and the transmission assembly can be matched with any one of the automatic operation station and the manual emergency station so that the charging port cover can be opened or closed. Through structural adjustment, installation and use of the clutch type driving assembly and the transmission assembly, the clutch switching function of power is achieved, and the emergency switching function can be achieved under the emergency condition.
