The invention discloses a sinking type breakage-proof power distribution cabinet which comprises a buried groove formed in the ground and a lower shell arranged in the buried groove, the upper end of the lower shell is fixedly connected with an upper shell, and a cabinet body is jointly arranged in the lower shell and the upper shell. An air outlet filter screen and an air inlet filter screen are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the upper shell respectively, a cover plate is fixed to the upper side wall of the upper shell, and a water storage tank is fixed to the upper side wall of the cover plate. When the temperature in the upper shell is too high, an air bag is heated and expanded to push a trapezoidal plate to move, a baffle is pushed to move, so that a water outlet communicates with a water outlet pipe, water in a water storage tank is discharged and flows in the water outlet pipe, a rotating rod is driven to rotate, a scraper moves downwards to clean an air inlet filter screen, circulation of airflow is recovered, and meanwhile heat can be brought out through flowing of water; and when people or vehicles walk over the pedal, water can flow in the heat conduction pipe, and heat can be absorbed and guided out.
