The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, trimming a treatment area; before formal construction, a to-be-treated area is trimmed in a mechanical and manual combined mode; s2, arranging a plant vine climbing net; s3, anchor rod construction, wherein anchor rod construction is carried out on the rock super-abrupt slope surface with the angle larger than 75 degrees; drilling holes in the slope surface from top to bottom, determining the depth of the drilled holes according to lithology, fixing spinning resin anchor rods in the drilled holes of the slope surface by using cement paste, and reserving a small part for hanging a galvanized gabion multi-dimensional mesh cage; s4, building a plant growth room and a gabion retaining wall, and building a system device; s5, matrix filling; s6, vegetation configuration; when dominant plant species are screened, drought resistance, barren resistance, high growth speed, high germination ability and high covering ability are required. According to the invention, slope protection, intelligent water collection, water storage and drip irrigation devices, matrix improvement and vegetation configuration are integrated; and the repairing effect is ensured.
