After high-concentration CO2 waste gas generated by limestone decomposition in the decomposition furnace enters a preheater system to preheat limestone, the high-concentration CO2 waste gas returns to the heat collection energy storage device; and the decomposed calcium oxide is cooled to 80-100 DEG C through a cyclone cooler in an independent cold air supply mode.
