Two-dimensional nano hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a two-dimensional nano hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent and a preparation method thereof, the two-dimensional nano hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent is a two-dimensional nano hydrated calcium silicate layer of a silylene interlayer formed by precipitating and combining a hydrated calcium silicate layer on the surface of a substrate material formed by a two-dimensional silylene layer; and combining with a dispersing agent to prepare an ultra-dispersed colloid system, namely the two-dimensional nano hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking a dispersing agent and a silylene aqueous solution as precipitation base materials, shearing and stirring at a high speed, simultaneously dropwise adding soluble calcium salt and silicon salt, and precipitating and crystallizing on the surface of a silylene matrix, so as to prepare the silylene intercalated two-dimensional nano hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent. The two-dimensional nano hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent provides a large number of nucleation crystallization sites for early hydration of cement, can quickly promote cement hydration, shortens the setting time, and greatly improves the early strength and durability of a concrete material.
本发明公开了一种二维纳米水化硅酸钙早强剂及其制备方法,二维纳米水化硅酸钙早强剂是水化硅酸钙层在二维硅烯层形成的基底材料的表面沉淀化合,形成了硅烯夹层的二维纳米水化硅酸钙层;与分散剂结合制备成超分散胶体体系即为二维纳米水化硅酸钙早强剂。制备方法是以分散剂、硅烯水溶液作为沉淀底料,高速剪切搅拌同时滴加可溶性钙盐和硅盐,硅烯基体表面沉淀结晶,从而制备出硅烯插层的二维纳米水化硅酸钙早强剂。本二维纳米水化硅酸钙早强剂为水泥早期水化提供大量的成核结晶位点,能迅速促进水泥水化,缩短凝结时间,大幅度提升混凝土材料的早期强度和耐久性。
