High-performance foamed asphalt cold-recycled mixture and production method thereof
The invention particularly relates to a high-performance foamed asphalt cold-recycled mixture. The high-performance foamed asphalt cold-recycled mixture is prepared from the following components: pavement asphalt waste, pavement macadam, asphalt, an asphalt active agent, cement and warm water, the production method comprises the following steps: step 1, milling, crushing and screening a damaged asphalt pavement, and stacking according to specifications; step 2, mixing the asphalt active agent into the hot asphalt in proportion; and step 3, blending the recycled material obtained in the step 1 with pavement macadam in proportion, then inputting the mixture into foamed asphalt regeneration equipment for stirring and mixing, and meanwhile, adding the hot asphalt obtained in the step 2, cement and warm water into the equipment to finally obtain the required high-performance foamed asphalt regenerated mixture. According to the invention, the technical indexes of the foamed asphalt regenerated mixture and the structural layer are obviously improved, the problems of poor workability and low strength of the mixture in construction are effectively solved, and the stability of the mixture and the adaptability to construction climate conditions are greatly enhanced.
