The invention relates to high-adhesion repair concrete for PCCP (prestressed concrete cylinder pipe) emergency repair and a preparation method of the high-adhesion repair concrete. The repairing concrete comprises two kinds of matched concrete, namely high-viscosity and high-strength concrete A directly applied to a repairing surface and high-strength concrete B applied to the surface of the high-viscosity and high-strength concrete. Wherein the high-viscosity and high-strength concrete A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60 to 100 parts of cement, 6 to 10 parts of superfine steel fiber, 3 to 5 parts of polypropylene fiber, 1 to 2 parts of rubber powder, 0.5 to 2 parts of water reducing agent, 12 to 20 parts of micro silica fume, 6 to 10 parts of fly ash, 30 to 50 parts of superfine fine aggregate and 20 to 30 parts of water. The high-viscosity and high-strength concrete A with the composition can ensure that a repaired concrete structure has excellent compressive strength, breaking strength and bonding strength, and has extremely low shrinkage rate and chloride ion penetration resistance.
