Environment-friendly anti-crack concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-strength anti-crack concrete and a preparation method of the high-strength anti-crack concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 130 parts of superfine fly ash, 160 to 200 parts of river sand, 55 to 75 parts of gravel, 2 to 7 parts of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, 30 to 40 parts of waste concrete aggregate, 4 to 8 parts of nano cerium dioxide, 1 to 3 parts of polylactic acid, 30 to 50 parts of calcium sulphoaluminate, 3 to 5 parts of polyacrylonitrile resin balls, 16 to 25 parts of steel fiber and 150 to 350 parts of water. The highest compressive property, splitting tensile strength and breaking strength of the environment-friendly anti-crack concrete are 83.5 MPa, 7.6 MPa and 10.5 MPa respectively, the lowest water absorption rate is 2.5%, the anti-crack grade is 1-3 grade, and the anti-crack property of the concrete is improved.
