High-compactness concrete and preparation method thereof
The high-compactness concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 14 to 21 parts of water, 11 to 30 parts of ceramsite, 19 to 27 parts of pottery sand, 14 to 18 parts of functional powder, 20 to 30 parts of cement and 1 to 10 parts of additive, the ratio of the density of the ceramsite to the density of the mixture of the pottery sand, the functional powder and the cement is 0.8-1.2. According to the invention, the density ratio of the ceramsite is close to the density ratio of the mixture of the ceramic sand, the functional powder and the cement, and the ceramsite is not easy to float upwards and separate during stirring, so that the consistency of the concrete is ensured, and the purposes of no honeycomb holes and discrete strength are achieved.
