The system comprises a linear section track, a forked section track upper branch, a forked section track lower branch, a supporting wheel sliding rail, a guiding wheel sliding rail and a ground coil unit, the ground coil unit comprises a propelling coil and a suspension coil, the forked section track upper branch is connected with the linear section track, and the supporting wheel sliding rail is connected with the guiding wheel sliding rail. An opening is formed in the bottom of the linear section rail, the lower branch of the bifurcate section rail penetrates out of the opening and extends downwards, and the supporting wheel sliding rails are arranged on the bottom face of the upper branch of the bifurcate section rail and the bottom face of the lower branch of the bifurcate section rail. The guide wheel sliding rails are arranged on the side wall of the upper branch of the bifurcate section track and the side wall of the lower branch of the bifurcate section track, and the ground coil units are arranged on the side wall of the linear section track, the side wall of the upper branch of the bifurcate section track and the side wall of the lower branch of the bifurcate section track except the preset distance from the bifurcate point.
