Fabricated telescopic device
The invention discloses an assembly type telescopic device which comprises a telescopic device body and two prefabricated connecting pieces, and the two prefabricated connecting pieces are prefabricated between two beam ends or between the beam ends and bridge abutments. The telescopic device body comprises two displacement boxes and a plurality of cross beams arranged between the two displacement boxes side by side, the cross beams are supported by a plurality of supporting cross beams, and the two ends of the supporting cross beams are connected with the two displacement boxes respectively; and the displacement box is detachably connected with the beam end or the bridge abutment. The prefabricated connecting piece with the embedded bars and the embedded sleeves can be poured together during site construction, a standardized process is installed to complete concrete curing, and the production quality and precision are guaranteed. When the expansion device body is installed at the butt joint position of the bridge floor, the displacement box is fixed to the prefabricated connecting piece through bolts, and due to the fact that concrete does not need to be poured on site, the workload of site construction is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了装配式伸缩装置,包括伸缩装置本体及两个预制连接件,两个预制连接件分别预制于两梁端之间或梁端与桥台之间;伸缩装置本体包括两个位移箱及若干并排设置于两个位移箱之间的横梁,横梁通过若干支撑横梁支撑,且支撑横梁的两端分别连接两个位移箱;位移箱与梁端或桥台之间是可拆卸式连接。本发明可在现场施工时将带有预埋筋和预埋套筒的预制连接件一并浇注,并安装标准化的流程完成混凝土养护,保证生产质量和精度。在将上述伸缩装置本体安装于桥面对接处时,只需通过螺栓将位移箱固定于预制连接件即可完成,由于现场不需要浇注混凝土,减少了现场施工的工作量及施工周期。
