The bottom plate is welded at the top end of the steel pipe pile, the stiffening ribs are welded on the bottom surface of the bottom plate and the outer surface of the steel pipe pile, the triangular conical rib plates are divided into a plurality of groups, the number of the triangular conical rib plates in each group is four, the triangular conical rib plates are circumferentially and uniformly welded on the steel pipe pile, and the pile tip is welded at the bottom of the steel pipe pile. The side resistance of the pile body below the standard freezing depth is increased due to the fact that soil around the pile is compacted, meanwhile, due to the existence of the conical rib plates, the effective soil body radius for resisting frost heaving force within the pile body range is increased, the side resistance of the pile body and the self weight of the soil body within the effective soil body radius around the pile jointly resist tangential stress generated by soil body frost heaving, and therefore the anchoring force of the pile body is improved; the problem of pile foundation freezing pulling in the frozen soil area is effectively solved.
