The invention provides a load-holding cushioning device for an anchor head of a recoverable anchor rod. The load-holding cushioning device comprises an anchor rod body and the anchor head. By means of the device, the buffering effect of the high-strength energy storage spring is fully utilized, the prestress loss in the using process of the prestress anchor rod can be reduced, and the surrounding environment caused by impact loads in the anchor rod recycling process is reduced.
