The device comprises rails located on the two sides of a slope; the flat-plate-shaped sliding film main body is bridged on the track; the driving mechanism is fixed on the sliding film main body and drives the sliding film main body to move along the track; and the vibrating mechanism is fixed on the sliding film main body to complete vibrating operation.
