The invention provides a floor device capable of being leveled. The floor device is applied to adjustment of the flatness of a building floor in the later period. The terrace device comprises a foundation and a jacking suite. The foundation is pre-buried in a superficial supporting layer, and the jacking suite is pre-buried in the terrace; the jacking suite comprises a bottom steel plate, a nut, a jacking bolt and a grouting pipe; after the terrace settles, the lifting height of the terrace is adjusted by adjusting the screwing depth of the jacking bolts relative to the terrace, and after slurry is poured into the lifting cavity between the bottom steel plate and the foundation through the grouting pipe to be compact, adjustment of the later flatness of the terrace is completed. In order to solve the problem that terrace settlement is prone to occurring in a soft soil foundation area, a traditional method of piling under the terrace is abandoned, the technical scheme of later adjustment and leveling through the terrace device is provided for the first time, the construction difficulty is effectively reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明提出一种可调平的地坪装置，应用于建筑地坪后期平整度的调整；本申请的地坪装置包括基础和顶升套件；基础预埋于浅表持力层，顶升套件预埋于地坪内；顶升套件包括底部钢板、螺母、顶升螺栓和灌浆管；在地坪发生沉降后，通过调节顶升螺栓相对地坪的旋拧深度，从而调整地坪的抬升高度，再利用灌浆管向底部钢板与基础之间的抬升空腔内灌注浆料密实后，完成地坪后期平整度的调整。本申请针对软土地基的地区容易发生地坪沉降的问题，摒弃了传统的地坪下打桩的做法，首次提出了利用地坪装置后期调整找平的技术方案，有效降低了施工难度，减少了施工成本，缩短了施工周期。
