The invention belongs to the technical field of urban underground space construction, and relates to a water-rich sand layer subway station open cut foundation pit precipitation-free construction method. The method comprises the steps that (1) pile foundations are arranged, and the design elevation of a first inner support and the design elevation of a plurality of inner supports are determined; 2) digging to a first inner support design elevation, and installing a plurality of parallel reinforced concrete supports; (3) excavation continues to be conducted to the designed elevation of each inner support, and installation of the multiple inner supports is completed in sequence; (4) meanwhile, the foundation pit is excavated to the position below the underground water level line, sandy soil is excavated out through a grab bucket, then mortar is sucked out through a mud raking machine, and water is injected into the foundation pit; and (5) excavating to the position 0.1 m higher than the designed elevation, and sealing the bottom, so that construction is completed. The method is simple in process, reliable in technology, safe and environment-friendly, and has a good application prospect; meanwhile, according to the construction device, mechanical construction is achieved, the labor cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
