The system comprises a water level pipe, a fixed limiting mechanism, an early warning lamp and a water level adjusting mechanism, a filter layer is arranged on the outer wall of the periphery of the water level pipe. The filtering layer can filter water entering the water level pipe, a large amount of silt is prevented from entering the water level pipe, the water level in the water level pipe can be monitored in real time through a sliding water level adjusting mechanism in the fixed limiting mechanism, and when the water level in the water level pipe reaches an early warning position, the water level pipe can be automatically adjusted.
