The invention provides a drainage well waterproof structure which comprises a plurality of vertical shafts vertically arranged at intervals and a plurality of pipe jacking wells connected to the bottoms of every two adjacent vertical shafts, and the drainage well waterproof structure comprises the steps that inspection wells formed at the joints of the pipe jacking wells and the vertical shafts are constructed, and the top elevation of the inspection wells is higher than that of the pipe jacking wells; the cross section size of the inspection well is larger than that of the vertical well; the enclosure wall encloses the vertical shaft, the top elevation of the enclosure wall is lower than the top elevation of the pipe jacking well, and the pipe jacking well penetrates through the enclosure wall; the water intercepting wall is formed at the top of the enclosure wall in a pouring manner and surrounds the vertical shaft; the water intercepting wall comprises a plurality of bearing sections which are spliced end to end; and the backfill layer is filled among the vertical shaft, the water interception wall and the enclosure wall. Seepage water is blocked through the water intercepting wall, the waterproof effect of the drainage well is improved, the inspection well is arranged at the position where the pipe-jacking well and the vertical connection part are connected, construction personnel can conveniently inspect the drainage condition of the pipe-jacking well, and the pipe-jacking well and the drainage well are prevented from being blocked.
