The invention relates to a fireproof, sound-insulating, energy-saving and anti-cracking composite externally-pasted wallboard and a wall body. The composite externally-pasted wallboard comprises a heat preservation layer, a heat preservation protection layer and a construction mortar layer which are sequentially arranged in a layered mode. Wherein the thermal insulation layer comprises one of an organic thermal insulation material, an inorganic thermal insulation material or an organic/inorganic composite material; the thermal insulation protective layer comprises the following raw materials: inorganic gelling slurry, light particles and an additive a; and the construction mortar layer comprises the following raw materials: inorganic gelling slurry, fine aggregate and an additive b. The composite externally-pasted wallboard comprises the heat preservation layer, the heat preservation protection layer and the construction mortar layer which are sequentially arranged in a layered mode, arrangement among different layers is scientific and reasonable, and the requirements for fire prevention, sound insulation, energy saving and cracking resistance can be completely met.
