Three-row hopper
The invention discloses a novel roof water falling hopper, namely a three-row hopper, which is mainly applied to a roof waterproof system and aims to solve the problem of water falling opening leakage caused by infirm bonding of a water falling opening coiled material, roof accumulated water and the like and assist a double-row hopper in solving a series of problems that accumulated water and moisture in a roof thermal insulation layer cannot be discharged in time and the like. The three-row hopper is composed of a base, a main row and a high partition cap or a low partition cap, the base is installed in a roof structure, base stabilizing strips are embedded in a leveling layer or a slope making layer of the structure, a vapor barrier layer or an inverted waterproof layer is arranged on a base panel, the main row penetrates through the leveling layer, the slope making layer and a heat preservation layer to be installed on the base, and a water and vapor drainage channel is arranged between the main row and the base. A waterproof layer is arranged on a main row panel, a high separation cap or a low separation cap is installed on the main row and is connected with the separation caps in a screwed mode through a screw opening, the main row panel and a separation cap panel can clamp a waterproof layer close-up opening, the waterproof layer close-up opening is prevented from cracking and edge warping, and the high separation cap or the low separation cap is provided with a water grate. The roof rainwater can be rapidly collected and discharged under the condition that sundries in the rainwater are avoided.
本发明公开了一种新型屋面落水斗——三排斗，主要应用于屋面防水系统，旨在解决落水口卷材粘接不牢、屋面积水存水等引发的落水口渗漏问题，同时协助双排斗解决屋面保温层内积水、湿气不能及时排出等系列难题。三排斗由底座、主排、高隔帽或低隔帽组成，底座安装在屋面结构中，底座稳固条镶嵌在结构找平层或找坡层中，隔汽层或倒置防水层做在底座面板上，主排穿过找平层、找坡层、保温层安装在底座上，主排和底座之间有排水排汽通道，可以协助双排斗排除保温层内积水、湿气，防水层做在主排面板上，主排上安装高隔帽或低隔帽，与隔帽通过螺口旋紧连接，主排面板和隔帽面板可以夹紧防水层收口，防止防水层收口开裂翘边，高隔帽或低隔帽都自带水篦子，可以在避开雨水中杂物的情况下，快速收集排放屋面雨水。
