By adopting the structure, the water supply mechanism and the cleaning mechanism are matched, so that during use, water in a water tank can be pumped to a spray head to be sprayed out by starting a water pump, at the moment, a cleaning plate is driven to rotate by a driving motor, and at the moment, the cleaning plate drives a scraping plate to rotate, so that the outer surface of a photovoltaic panel can be scraped; therefore, stains and dust on the outer surface of the photovoltaic panel are scraped off, and the energy conversion efficiency is further improved.
