The groove hole sediment cleaning method comprises the following steps that a groove cleaning device is lowered to enter groove hole sediment to be cleaned; new mud is injected into sediment through a groove cleaning device; the tank cleaning device is used for stirring the injected new slurry and sediment; the mixture of the new slurry and the sediment is discharged out of the groove hole through the groove cleaning device; and the groove cleaning device continues to be lowered, and the operation is repeated till the groove cleaning device reaches the target depth. Through the groove cleaning device, slag discharging and slurry changing integrated operation is achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction safety is improved.
