Foam-gathering and ball-gathering glaze and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a foam-gathering and ball-gathering glaze material. The foam-gathering and bead-collecting glaze is composed of a unitary glaze and a binary glaze, and the unitary glaze comprises the following raw materials: 40-50% of chinastone, 10-15% of dolomite, 8-10% of calcite, 10-15% of Zijin clay, 15-20% of feldspar and 6-8% of alabaster; the binary glaze comprises the following raw materials: 35-40% of chinastone, 15-20% of dolomite, 7-10% of calcite, 16-20% of Zijin clay, 6-10% of feldspar and 6-8% of alabaster. The celadon glaze color prepared by the invention takes high-temperature plum green glaze as a primary color, a reduction point which is slightly higher or slightly lower than that of normal firing is found, so that a glaze surface generates a slightly yellow or yellow green hue and reflects a'golden style 'color, and through rapid heating and instant cooling solidification in a high-temperature reduction period, a fine foam-gathering and bead-gathering effect like fish roes or small water drops is generated, namely'jade dew'; and moreover, the Jinfeng jade dews are good in thermal stability and wide in adaptability.
