The invention relates to a method for recycling waste refractory materials in a cement plant, which comprises the following steps of: respectively sorting waste silicon mullite bricks, magnesium iron bricks and magnesium aluminum bricks, respectively crushing into 0-8mm aggregates by using a jaw crusher, then putting 0-8mm aggregates after crushing into a No.1 pool, soaking for 10 hours, pumping the aggregates and water in the No.1 pool into a No.2 pool through a slurry pump, and pumping water into the No.2 pool through a slurry pump; the residual water in the first pool is filtered by a plate frame and then is discharged into a sedimentation tank A and a sedimentation tank B for standing for irrigation or road surface spraying, the water in the second pool is discharged into the first pool after standing for 10 hours, the aggregate in the second pool is pumped into the third pool and soaked for 10 hours, then the water in the third pool is discharged into the second pool, the aggregate in the third pool is pumped into the fourth pool, and the aggregate in the fourth pool is pumped into the fifth pool and soaked for 10 hours. And water in the fourth pool is discharged into the third pool, and the aggregate in the fourth pool is pumped to a place where the aggregate can be aired or dried for reuse.
一种水泥厂废弃耐火材料回收再利用的方法,它是把废弃的硅莫砖、镁铁砖和镁铝砖分别拣选后,用颚式破碎机分别破碎成0‑8毫米骨料,然后,将破碎后的0‑8骨料放入1号池,并浸泡10小时,然后把1号池里面的骨料和水通过泥浆泵抽进2号池,再把1号池里面剩余的水经过板框过滤后排入沉淀池A,沉淀池B里面的水静置后,可用来浇地或者喷洒路面,2号池里面的水静置10小时后再排入1号池,2号池的骨料再抽进3号池,并浸泡10小时后,再把3号池里面的水排入2号池,把3号池里面的骨料抽进4号池,再把4号池里面的水排入3号池,把4号池里面的骨料抽到能够晾晒或烘干的地方,重新利用。
