The invention discloses an anti-cracking Portland cement adhesive with a low cement-sand ratio for an insulator. The adhesive is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 35%-45% of Portland cement, 35%-45% of cementing sand, 1.5%-2.5% of zirconium-containing silica fume, 3%-5% of blast furnace slag powder, 0-3% of an expanding agent, 0.02%-0.06% of polyacrylonitrile fibers, 0.10%-0.23% of a water reducing agent, 0-0.03% of a water-retaining agent, 10%-13% of water and 0.002%-0.006% of a defoaming agent. The anti-cracking cement has the characteristics of low cement-sand ratio, good fluidity, high strength and anti-cracking property, and can meet the production requirements of high-tonnage insulators.
