The invention discloses a karst stratum grouting material based on shield waste slag and a preparation and grouting process thereof, cement, shield waste slag and water can be prepared into shield waste slag-cement slurry according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.3-0.4): (1-1.5), and then an expanding agent and an accelerator are added into the shield waste slag-cement slurry to prepare the karst stratum grouting material. The invention also provides a preparation process of the karst stratum grouting material, which comprises the following steps: preparing shield waste slag into waste slag slurry, then adding cement and water in proportion to prepare shield waste slag-cement slurry, and then adding an expanding agent and an accelerator as required to prepare the karst stratum grouting material. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a grouting process corresponding to the grouting material, and proper grouting materials and grouting modes are selected according to the detected different stratum characteristics. According to the method, the field shield waste slag can be reasonably recycled, the grouting material is green and environmentally friendly, the grouting material can be dynamically adjusted according to different stratum characteristics, and a new choice is provided for karst stratum grouting.
本发明公开了一种基于盾构弃渣的岩溶地层注浆材料及其制备和注浆工艺,水泥、盾构弃渣和水按质量配比1:0.3~0.4:1~1.5可制成盾构弃渣‑水泥浆,盾构弃渣‑水泥浆液再加入膨胀剂、速凝剂制成岩溶地层注浆材料。本发明还提供了该岩溶地层注浆材料的制备工艺,通过将盾构弃渣制成弃渣浆液,然后按配比加入水泥和水制得盾构弃渣‑水泥浆液,再根据需要加入膨胀剂、速凝剂,可以制得岩溶地层注浆材料;同时本发明还提供了该注浆材料对应的注浆工艺,根据探测的不同的地层特性选择合适的注浆材料和注浆方式。本发明可将现场盾构弃渣进行合理资源化利用,注浆材料绿色环保,且可根据不同地层特征对注浆材料进行动态调整,为岩溶地层注浆提供新的选择。
