Lightweight silicon spar wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of green building materials, in particular to a lightweight silicon spar wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The wallboard is formed by mixing a solid material and water according to the weight ratio of 1: (0.08-0.15); the solid material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 75 to 95 percent of aggregate, 10 to 40 percent of fuel, 2 to 10 percent of reinforcing agent and 3 to 15 percent of binder. Compared with the prior art, in the sintering process, due to the fact that the raw materials such as the coal gangue or the clean coal which can release heat through self-combustion are doped into the green body, the light silicon spar wallboard can reduce sintering energy consumption through part of heat generated by the light silicon spar wallboard, the sintering temperature is reduced by 50-100 DEG C, and energy consumption is effectively saved; meanwhile, the yield of the lightweight silicon spar wallboard prepared by the method reaches 90% or above, the compressive strength exceeds 20 MPa, the void ratio is low, the waterproof performance is good, and the heat preservation property and the heat insulation property of the lightweight silicon spar wallboard are remarkably improved.
本发明涉及绿色建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种轻质硅晶石墙板及制备方法。墙板由固体物料与水按照1:0.08~0.15的重量比例混合而成;按重量百分含量计,所述固体物料由75%~95%骨料、10%~40%燃料、2%~10%增强剂及3%~15%粘结剂组成。与现有技术相比,本发明在烧结的过程中,由于坯体中掺加了煤矸石或精煤等能够通过自身燃烧释放热量的原料,轻质硅晶石墙板可以利用自身产生的一部分热量来降低烧结能耗,将烧结温度降低50~100℃,有效节约了能耗;同时该方法制备出的轻质硅晶石墙板成品率达到90%以上,抗压强度超过20MPa,孔洞率低、防水性能好,其保温性和隔热性都得到显著提高。
