The invention provides a barium-yttrium-zirconium-oxygen-fluorine multi-element perovskite structure material which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40 to 60 percent of barium element, 10 to 20 percent of yttrium element, 10 to 20 percent of zirconium element, 10 to 20 percent of oxygen element and 1 to 10 percent of fluorine element. The invention also provides a preparation method of the barium-yttrium-zirconium-oxygen-fluorine multi-element perovskite structure material. The barium-yttrium-zirconium-oxygen-fluorine multi-element perovskite structure material prepared by the invention has more excellent stability and better erosion resistance, can be used in the field of refractory materials requiring higher stability, and is simple in preparation method, environment-friendly, low in cost and higher in economic benefit.
